Shipping policy
Our current production time turn-around is 2-8 business day, plus couple of days in case of natural disasters or other emergencies. Tracking numbers are given once the package is shipped (samples and small orders not included).
All US orders are delivered in 2-5 Business Days from the day when the package gets shipped. International orders are delivered in 1-3 weeks.
There is always a possibility that overseas borders may hold the package for a few days, so please take this into consideration. While we are just as anxious as you are for you to receive your order, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the custom clearance or by the postal system.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying.
